Employee Hotline

Ideally, every employee is fully comfortable bringing every issue, concern or complaint to his/her supervisor.  Understandably, that often isn’t a reality.  When it isn’t, wise employers provide a way to field those issues, concerns or complaints without them coming from a public agency or someone’s lawyer.  At Talaria, we have been providing Employee Hotline services for a number of years.  Some Talaria clients add our Employee Hotline Service to their Monthly HR Program, while others prefer to use us as a completely independent complement to an already-robust and professional Human Resources Department. Whether we are asked to field, understand and report an issue, concern or complaint, or whether we are also hired to participate in the ensuing investigation and resolution, our services are prompt, professional, thorough and unbiased.
