Compliance & Practices Audit

We do a deep, structured dive and report our findings on every aspect of the employee-employer relationship, starting with how your Human Resources program is designed and how it functions. Our approach comes from having done this several hundred times in different businesses and industries.  We examine how clients recruit, assess, hire and onboard employees; audit and improve their I-9 compliance; look into pay practices ranging from how employees report and record time worked to meal and rest period compliance, overtime, sales commission administration, wage statements, paid time off and pay upon termination of employment.  We audit carefully to ensure the client is administering benefit and retirement plans in accordance with plan documents and relevant statutory requirements.  Record keeping and reporting are gone over carefully, as is client compliance with various rules regarding required forms, pamphlets, notices and posters.
